My wife and I came here while on vacation and absolutely loved it. Everyone welcomed us with open arms even though only dropping in for a few classes. Coaches were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Facility is clean and spacious and has every piece of equipment needed.Highly recommend MCF and will be returning any time I am in the area.
This place is great! Beautiful gym, staff are knowledgeable and everyone was really welcoming. The owner, Ben, is great. He took extra time to ensure I was doing everything safely and correctly, and was very encouraging. I'm brand new to crossFit, but not to weights, and I'm very excited to have found this facility.
