I left there very disappointed and upset! I was clear with what I wanted and even had a picture with me. She just did what she wanted apparently. Now I am stuck with awful layers that dont even flow together. Serves me right for not waiting for an appointment with all the other salons in town that were all booked up. I see now why she has open availability.
Made a sudden decision to colour my hair, I called Deb and she get me right in. Thanks for the advice on a colour change. I love the new colour and highlights.
A great Hair Salon. Debbie is very friendly and strives to meet her customers needs in a comfortable atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable. And it's great that Walk-Ins are welcome. Debbie has taken many courses over the years to enhance her skills. I would recommend this salon for a great haircut.
It was my displeasure to go to this place. The health inspector also decided to visit that day! To keep it short I will just highlight some things that went down. The inspectors comments:- the tanning goggles are unsanitary because the owner should clean them not the customer-the solution for sanitizing the combs is full of dead skin because it's not been changed in while-dirt on all the work stations-hair left on work stations and tools from previous clients not cleaned after useThe owner also argued with the inspector and would interrupt her frequently and was verbally aggressive towards her and just being rude to the person who is making sure she's meeting ministry standards.I asked for a color cut and style and recived an over priced horrible experience that was painful. When she colored my hair I was expecting full coverage she only colored my roots. The cut I asked was for all the dead ends to be cut and since I had layers she would have to cut the layers as well to get the dead ends. She only cut the bottom ends of my hair not the other layers so I still have dead ends. I also got bangs which were fine, HOWEVER, when brushing my hair the brush she used felt like the coated tip protectors were missing because she kept scratching the hell out of my forehead. I repeatedly said ow it hurts but she would keep going, my forehead is now all red and sore the day after and feels like I have rug burn on my forehead. When I asked for a discount she laughed at me so I payed full price it was around $80 and I'll never be going back there. Save your money, time, and health!
Went in for a trim the older woman chopped off my pony tail and left my layers extremely choppy im still growing it out and this was 2 yrs ago
