Many interesting collections and several interactive display items. Sheer amazement for how wonderful the place is. Definitely will go back again and highly recommended.
This is another great museum to learn more about the history of this area. The highlight of this museum are the stream powered tractors and the steam locomotive. Be sure to step up into the locomotive and ring the bell and there is another bell you can ring... See if you can find it!
The Huron County Museum is one of those increasingly rare sites in which almost all of local history is represented, even if there is a strange juxtaposition of displays So much of Goderich's history is about the Great Lakes and farming, and these are wonderfully displayed, but there is also a military section, a selection of mechanical marvels built or gathered by the museum's founder and a locomotive!I spent close to three hours here and enjoyed every moment. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Visit this great museum!

From the time I was a tiny one I've always loved the walk through. Great little museum. I now love bringing my own children here.
