Dogs are welcome on leash, beach is mostly rocks but that works great for me because my baby eats sand, views are gorgeous and there's a playground and washroom very close and parking right there. We enjoyed it!
Lovely place to sit and relax. Food is available on the strip or picnic tables are available if you want to picnic. Nice place for families. A dedicated area for dogs is also available.
Just down the road from the main Beach in many ways this area is better because it's farther away from the salt mine. However the beach is not quite as nice. Here the the pebble Beach is mixed with beach sandbut the pebble is a little more jagged. Still it is a beautiful location and the boardwalk is nearby, shaded, and has lots of benches for sitting and relaxing. There is ample parking and the sunsets are picture perfect every night and as a bonus this Bhaskar a picnic area with tables, bathroom s, and change rooms.
Beautiful beach, great for families or couples. It has playground equipment for the kids and very clean. It is very rocky so I recommend bringing water shoes other than that we loved it!
Great looking beach and clear water. A perfect getaway for families with young children due to the shallowness of water and great atmosphere. The facilities are pretty good and there is a long path along the beach and up the hill for walking and pictures. One minus is the lack of stores/bars/restaurants close by. Parking is always available and free.
