A cute little hotel with a few different sites by a little stream. The room we were in was a bit dated furniture wise but it was large and comfortable. The restaurant was good and there is a nice bit of 3km hiking in the nearby park that you can walk to.
Beautiful old buildings, delicious brunch buffet, but rooms are a little dated and need some upkeep for the price. Probably nicest place to stay in the area though.
Our daughter and her husband celebrated their wedding at the Bennmiller Inn. It was beautiful from start to finish. Many guests were from out of town and from Friday afternoon until Sunday after brunch we were treated wonderfully. The staff was friendly, helpful and always available. Stephanie made sure that the wedding details were all looked after and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The food was delicious and included a rehearsal dinner, a bridal party food platter, wedding dinner and Sunday brunch. I can't say enough about how well the weekend went.
Looks like my original review was removed. I brought visitors from the US here on Thanksgiving Day for lunch. It was the most disgusting meal Ive ever been served. Was told we needed a reservation but when we arrived there were only 2 other tables occupied.had to wait an hour for our lunch. Mistakes on 3 of 4 orders and the food tasted awful. Grilled chicken was so dry it was hard to chew. And the windows were so dirty and full of spider webs it was hard to see the beautiful view. The best part of it was when the chef arrived as we were leaving he comped the meal.
My dad used to be the GM here and brought me to see the grounds. Incredibly beautiful. Great for events, would love to come stay for the night
