PROS: Front desk allowed us to check in 45 minutes earlier than the check in time. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great! Didn't use the sauna or gym but nice that they were available. CONS: Whenever you open the fridge door, the small freezer door flops down due to the excessive ice build up. The freezer needs to be defrosted. The air conditioner needs a massive cleaning; lots of clogged dust and dirt in the vents. Check out is at 11 a.m. At 10 a.m. housekeeping knocked on our door to ask if they could clean it. Um, no, we're in it. We did leave at 10:20 a.m so hopefully that helped them.
Absolutely disgusting. There was popcorn beside the bed from the last person, hair in the shower and a sticky bedside table from the last guest as well. Additionally, a water bottle was dropped on the floor and when we cleaned it with the white towel it came out entirely brown. Also 25 min walk from the beach! Pool is very nice but thats the only good thing about this place.
Went for Canada Day long weekend, was really surprised at the cleanliness. Rooms had microwave, TV, fridge, clean showers, and towels. The bonus pool, sauna and jacuzzi are a major plus for when you want to just relax and not go anywhere. Price is very reasonable as well

The Cedar Lodge Motel was most welcome, accomadating and friendly. Staff was very pleasant and willing to tend to any need we had. It was nice and quiet, had 2 good night sleeps. I would recommend this motel.
