Once of the worst restaurant meals in memory. Went on a Friday night at around 6:30. Was very busy and NOISY. Had to wait but understood. Immediately asked for some ice water as we had walked there - took me 3 requests to get. Ordered Reuben - only this one made with roast beef and coleslaw instead of traditional corned beef and sauerkraut - bad idea. There was virtually no beef in evidence but a bit of beef gravy with red cabbage and Ton of thousand island dressing on marble rye which was warmed-up but not grilled enough. Side was seafood chowder which was so overcooked that potatoes had turned to mush with skins floating around - no solid seafood just a few stringy bits. Wife had cod burger and fries which was meh. Very disappointed. Would not go back or suggest that anyone go there.
This was a nice little place we stopped at in Goodrich. The service was very good and the food was great too. They have a few good beers on tap as well.
Disappointing as was my favorite place to come when on holidays in Goderich. Came early past Saturday morning not yet too busy, seated self and waited for service. Patrons in after me got served before me. Had to ask wait staff for a menu. Food was good, got one partial refill cup of coffee and that was it. Just really disappointed. Use to be a friendly place.
Good food, good portions and fair prices for what you get. Good selection of local and craft beers. Be prepared for a line-up.
Good location with great food. Located near the town circle. The place itself is very nice, good amount of seating. The food came out and everything was hot and the salad was fresh. Everything tasted great. Will be back next time in town.
